Wyld has tagged me to share 10 random things about me. I'm supposed to then tag five others. I don't think I could possibly be as random as Wyld, and I'm not sure I will avoid repeating random facts I've shared before... but here goes...
1. When I was young, it was of supreme importance to me that the seam on my socks line up precisely with the tip of my toes.
2. Also when young, quite young, I once wore no underwear to church and then sat with legs spread on some steps.
3. I avoid ever having to conjugate the verb "to lie".
4. I used to talk with a friend during French class using the sign language we had learned at summer camp.
5. I don't like beer or coffee.
6. I've never climbed a tree.
7. My fingers are double jointed and I can contort them in ways that grosses out or impresses depending on the age and gender of my audience.
8. My flute was stolen my senior year of high school and I was relieved.
9. Though I was once hired to work retail, a last minute hire to work at summer camp spared me. I've always had unusual jobs.
10. I lose things very easily- worst losses in memory- all the notecards for a research paper freshman year of high school, the journal containing all my experiences from my first year of seminary, my favorite sweater.
O.K. I tag Redhead Rev, Heidi, Little Mary, Jon, and DesertMama.

This was fun! Sometimes in life I'm too serious.
I'm seriously double jointed too. Do you ever have trouble with benedictions? My fingers sort of go from convex to concave without straight in the middle...
Ha! When my trumpet fell off the bleachers my senior year, I was relieved, too.
Number 2 is rather frightening! I'm working on mine now.
I try to avoid "to lie" as well. I never can figure it out.
Its probably better for you that you don't like beer or coffee. Wish I could give up either.
I want to see your finger tricks.
For some darn resaon I had a to giggle loudly while reading this post and my boss now thinks I am insane.
Very Shnazy.
I'm a lose-r too. Lost my sermon just yesterday. Not a happy morning in my church office...
